These terms cover remodeling and snow removal work by LCTROCHEZ LLC. They are written to be read.

Quotes and what can change one

A quote is based on what you describe and what your photos show. Remodeling has a habit of hiding surprises behind walls and under floors — if demolition uncovers something nobody could see, we talk before we continue, never after. The price does not grow behind your back.

Scheduling in the mountains

Up here the calendar is a co-worker. Exterior work — decks, painting, windows — lives inside the warm months; interior remodels run year-round; snow removal is a winter-season service. Storms and passes can move a day; when they do, you hear from us before the crew is due, and the schedule gets fixed out loud, not silently.

Access to the property

Many of our clients are away while we work — second homes and rental units especially. Keys, codes and garage openers are handled with care, never labeled with your address, and returned when the work ends. Agree on the entry plan once and it stays the plan; if you want progress photos while you are away, say so and they arrive.

The worksite and your home

Demolition is loud and dusty by nature, but it stays inside its lines: the rooms we are not remodeling get protected, debris gets hauled out, and the site gets picked up at the end of the day — because in an occupied house, the remodel is a guest. Material choices — tile, cabinets, doors, paint colors — are approved by you before they are ordered.

We may photograph finished work for this website. Photos show the work — never your address, faces, valuables or anything that identifies your home or business. Tell us if you would rather we did not; that is always fine.
